Terms & Conditions — ibc22 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you", or "the Player") and ibc22 (hereinafter referred to as "ibc22", "we", "us", or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://ibc22.cam and all associated sub-domains and mobile-accessible versions thereof.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the ibc22 platform — including its sportsbook, live casino, slots, esports betting, and all associated features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ibc22 platform and close your account in accordance with the procedures described in Section 13 (Termination) of this Agreement.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — the ibc22 website, mobile-accessible site, and all gaming products, features, and services offered thereon.
• "Account" — a registered user account created by an eligible individual for the purpose of accessing the Platform's gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, bonus amounts, or free bet awards credited to a User's Account as part of a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings may be requested.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity verification process requiring submission of government-issued identification and supporting documentation prior to withdrawal processing.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which access to or participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

To register and maintain an account on the ibc22 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of accessing the Platform from your jurisdiction, including the jurisdiction of Malaysia.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

5. You have not previously been excluded from any gambling service, whether via self-exclusion or operator-imposed exclusion, under circumstances that would make re-registration a violation of such exclusion.
6. You are not an employee, officer, director, or agent of ibc22, nor are you a close family member of any such person, where "close family member" includes spouse, parent, sibling, or child.

Each eligible individual may register a maximum of one (1) Account on the ibc22 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You undertake to promptly update your Account information should any of these details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ibc22 immediately via the support email upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. ibc22 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where such access arose from your failure to take reasonable steps to safeguard your credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification

Prior to the processing of any withdrawal, ibc22 may require you to complete its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process typically requires the submission of a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months). Verification is normally completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, ibc22 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any aspect of the Platform or its content.

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided exclusively for lawful personal entertainment. You agree to use the Platform in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the spirit and letter of this Agreement.

5.2 System Integrity

You agree not to use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to interact with the Platform, exploit software vulnerabilities, or gain any unfair advantage over other users or over the Platform itself. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or disrupt the Platform's systems constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement.

All financial transactions on the ibc22 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ibc22 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 and Bitcoin are also accepted.

6.1 Deposits

All deposits are subject to a minimum deposit amount as specified on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. ibc22 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at its discretion. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment processor.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times are as follows, subject to verification status and payment method:

• E-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes during operational hours
• DuitNow / FPX: typically 5–15 minutes
• Bank wire transfer: typically 15–60 minutes; transfers submitted after banking cut-off hours may be processed the following business day

ibc22 reserves the right to conduct additional identity or source-of-funds checks before processing any withdrawal. You acknowledge that processing times stated above are estimates and not guarantees.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

ibc22 maintains robust anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. ibc22 may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or where AML obligations require further verification.

ibc22 offers a range of promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and other incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out below, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bets placed and games played on the ibc22 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the applicable game or sport, as set by the relevant Game Provider or ibc22's sportsbook division. Users are advised to familiarise themselves with the rules applicable to any game or market before placing real-money wagers.

8.1 Sports Betting

Sportsbook markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, NBA, UFC, and other competitions are governed by ibc22's Sportsbook Rules, which address settlement of bets upon match abandonment, postponement, void markets, and late goal queries. ibc22's settlement decisions on sporting events are final once published.

8.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) operated by the relevant Game Provider. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the long-term theoretical return, not a guarantee of individual session returns. Slot game rules, payline structures, and bonus feature conditions are governed by the Game Provider's official game rules accessible within each game.

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, systems malfunction, or erroneous display of odds, ibc22 reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by such errors. ibc22 will not honour bets placed at odds that were made available due to a manifest error or system fault.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ibc22 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per individual
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool
• Employing any automated betting system, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other Users to defraud the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unintended advantage
• Engaging in any form of chargeback fraud or dispute of legitimate transactions
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening ibc22 support staff or other users
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including minors

All intellectual property rights in and to the ibc22 Platform — including but not limited to its branding, logo, website design, user interface, software architecture, textual content, imagery, and game presentations — are owned by or licensed to ibc22. No User shall acquire any proprietary rights in ibc22's intellectual property by virtue of using the Platform.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ibc22 content without the prior written consent of ibc22. Unauthorised use of ibc22's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ibc22 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings arising from technical errors, or loss arising from unauthorised Account access.

ibc22's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that User during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ibc22 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or security vulnerabilities.

ibc22 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the prevention of harm arising from excessive or problematic gambling behaviour. The Platform provides a range of responsible gambling tools accessible via each User's Account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps
• Session Limits — time-based alerts and automatic session termination
• Loss Limits — maximum loss thresholds per defined period
• Self-Exclusion — temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform, effective immediately upon request
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen reminders of time and money spent

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the User's Account at any time. Users wishing to close their Account should contact ibc22's support team. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed Account (excluding Bonus Funds that have not satisfied their applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to the User's verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

ibc22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or other users' safety.

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under this Agreement shall immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination — including Sections 9, 10, 11, and 15 — shall continue to apply following the closure of your Account.

ibc22 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, ibc22 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter Users' rights or obligations) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ibc22 holds its primary international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the applicable mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction of residence, including Malaysia. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
